Shipping Information
Free Shipping Offer:
- Free standard ground shipping within the Contiguous US with every order $75 and over.
Order process:
- We process and ship all orders the following business day, including 2nd day shipments. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will ship Monday. If you place your order Tuesday it will ship Wednesday. If you place your order Wednesday 2nd day it will ship Thursday and deliver Monday.
- Once your order has been successfully entered an automatic confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided on your order.
- Your account will be charged at the time of shipping, not immediately after placing your order.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped and the tracking number for your package/s. You may enter this tracking number approx. 12 hrs after your order has shipped at www.ups.com where you can retrieve your delivery date.
Shipping Methods:
- We utilize the services of UPS to transport your package as they provide the most accurate, up to date form of tracking system available, deliver to the widest range of addresses, and has the best on time service in the business.
- We ship to all 50 United States, including ground service to Hawaii and Alaska but UPS will not deliver to standard USPS P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. When entering your ‘Ship to’ information please do not enter an address which is comprised of either of the above.
- We do not ship to international destinations at this time with the exception of Canada.
- Shipping times do vary based on where you are in the country and we understand that you wish to have your packages arrive on time and as quickly as possible. The following shipping table for UPS ground service is a guide for you to use in determining how long it will take for your package to arrive once it has been shipped. *Please note that these are estimates and may vary.
- Any shipment traveling UPS 2nd day will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the day it was shipped but does not include weekends or holidays.
