Returns:

       We stand confidently behind every product we sell and accept, for any reason, the return of product under the following the conditions:
  • The return is made within 28 days of your ship date.
  • The item is, unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition upon its arrival. *Carefully package your items in size appropriate packages! Do not return a glass boxed candle in a flat manila envelope. Returns that reach us in such a state that it cannot be re-sold will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Returns will be processed and credits issued to the same card which was used to make the purchase, less shipping charges.
Damages:

       Our professional packing service maintains exceptional standards and relishes the fact that they have the highest percentage of intact arrivals. However, there are times when our chosen carrier is able to overcome our best efforts and your packages arrive with the contents damaged. If you receive a damaged item please Contact us and we will make arrangements to have your damaged items picked-up and replacements sent.
Backorders:

       We make every effort to ensure our shelves are full of the product shown on our website but there are times when our suppliers cannot meet the demand of our customers. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock in an item on your order you will be notified via e-mail and given an opportunity to replace the item with another or remove the item from the order completely.

Gift Wrap:

       Gift wrap service is offered on every item every day. Please choose this option during checkout for an elegant presentation of the perfect gift. Gift wrap services are $3 per item.

Special orders/Special occasions:

       If you are planning a special occasion we would be more than happy to place a special order for you. Special orders must meet a minimum quantity and will require a 50% deposit; however we will extend a 10% discount to all special orders which meet the minimum requirements.

Nevada state sales Tax:
  • Nevada state sales tax will automatically be added to the total of all packages shipped to the State of Nevada.
