Candle tools help you to pry out buried or short wicks. The scoop end is used to form a circular reservoir around the wick and the edges along the tool can be used to carve off excess bulging wax from pillar candles. The carving edges are designed sharp enough to plow through wax but will not sever the candle's wick.
